Binaural beats have been studied for close to 170 years. It was first discovered by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove in 1839. Heinrich wasn’t able to get his idea to take off. In 1973, Gerald Oster published an article in Scientific American called “Auditory Beats in the Brain”. Gerald’s article was revolutionary in that it was able to tie together varied channels of relevant research, thus giving the Binaural Beats a new insight and increase in relevance among scientists.
The power behind Binaural Beats is that it broadcasts two separate frequencies into each ear. So if you wanted your brain tuned to a frequency of 7 Hz then you could play a 207 Hz frequency in your right ear and a 200 Hz frequency in the left ear. The result is a lowered brain frequency to 7 Hz. You are basically tuning your brain.
Many people think that Binaural Beats recordings are the same, because they sound alike. This is not true because each recording is specifically tuned for a purpose such as: Sleep, weight loss, prosperity, relaxation and you can see the other purposes here (There are too many to list).
So what is the difference between Binaural and Subliminal recordings? Subliminal recordings use voices and harmonic sounds to program the brain. Normally there are no immediate effects with subliminal recordings, if any at all. On the other hand, Binaural Beats recordings have been proven to work with science. Binaural Beats alter brain frequencies and you will feel the effects immediately, on the first use.
Some common physical effects of a Binaural Beats sitting are:
~ Vivid colors, patterns and visualizations
~ A relaxed body from head to toe
~ A heavy feeling in the body and inability to move the body freely
~ Relief of tension, stress and anxiety
~ A feeling as if you are on sedatives or your body ceased to exist
~ Subconscious and Conscious mind separation
