You think you have tried it all. Yet, you are still fat. All the low carb diets failed. Exercise didn’t seem to help all that much. Combining different diet’s and exercise equalled same old results. So what now?

You don’t have a choice to be abstinate of food the way alcoholics can be free of alcohol. You must eat. And unfortunately there isn’t a program as successful as alcoholics anonymous for the obese.

You want to know what you have been missing all this time and why you have failed, repeatedly, on all these diet plans? Lack of motivation and the wrong mindset. Now you might be saying to yourself, “Lies”. I tried so hard..”My doctor told me I was going to die if I didn’t take control of my weight. Of course, I had motivation”

Much the same in alcoholics anonymous. A certain criteria and mindset must be attained before you see weight loss results. In the western world we are surrounded by so many different stimuli. There is constantly poverty, economy, children, transportation issues and the list goes on forever. These things constantly interfere with our chances of being free of the very thing that affects our lives most.

Learn to circumvent some of this stimuli and attain your goal once and for all. Never to fall back into the condemning hell of obesity again. You can find 21 interviews (10-20 minutes each) here that will teach you how to take inspired fat burning action each and every day.

Fat Loss For Idiots Weight Loss Plan

As the years pass I see new diets coming out yet our society continues to have more and more problems with obesity. Why is this well lets take a look at some of the dieting plans that have come about during the past 15 to 20 years.

Low fat foods came about more than 15 years ago. This is an easy one to understand. Our society continues to become more overweight so obviously a low fat diet doesn’t work alone.

I have seen people on low carb diets and they do great for awhile. They lose weight and all seems well. The fact is average people can’t handle low carb diets because they are too strict and hard to follow. Personally, I don’t have a weight problem but I can’t even begin to imagine how hard it would be to deal with limited amounts of bread, pasta and breakfast at Bob Evans would be terrible without biscuits and honey.

Low calorie diets is the worst idea discussed thus far. They don’t even begin to work because very soon after the diet starts you reach a dieting plateau. This happens because you are literally starving yourself and your metabolism grinds to a halt in order to conserve energy. So don’t even give that idea a second thought.

The best of the bunch is programs like Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers. This is because they involve weight loss over a longer period of time. You may only lose 2 or 3 pounds a week but the demands on your body are less than a low calorie diet and you can still eat some carbs. The meals for these type of plans (especially in the beginning) can be pretty expensive so I like the idea of an accelerated type of fat burning diet. It’s the only one of the bunch that I am yet to find a lot of negative remarks on.
